Winter impressions I

A frost-covered field stretches across the foreground beneath a thick blanket of morning mist. Frosted bare branches create an intricate natural frame in the foreground, their dark, twisted forms covered in ice crystals against a pale winter sky. Through this tangle of branches, a misty landscape reveals itself with low-lying fog hovering over snow-dusted fields. The horizon glows with warm peachy-pink light from the rising sun, whilst the sky above maintains its cool blue-grey tones.
